Terms of Use
The rules for using AI Herald, including how our content may be used and the limits of our liability.
Last updated 17 September 2026
By using AI Herald you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable rather than impressive.
Using the site
AI Herald is free to read. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in ways that degrade it for other readers, or republish it wholesale as your own.
Our content
Articles and illustrations on AI Herald belong to us. You may quote a short extract with a visible link back to the article. Republishing a full article, or using our work to train a commercial model, requires written permission: hello@aiherald.tech.
Other people's content
We summarise reporting by other publications and credit them with a link. Those articles remain the property of their publishers. If you are a rights holder and believe we have gone too far, contact us and we will respond quickly.
Accuracy and AI
AI Herald is produced with AI tools, as described in our Editorial Policy. We work to keep articles accurate and check them against their sources, but we cannot guarantee that every article is free of errors. Articles are provided for general information.
Not professional advice
Nothing on AI Herald, including anything in our Future section, is investment, legal, medical or career advice. Decisions you make after reading are your own.
Links to other sites
We link to sources and other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Liability
AI Herald is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of, or reliance on, anything published here.
Changes
We may update these terms, and the date at the top will show when. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
